THE HAGUE: Two Bosnian Serb former prison camp commanders pleaded not guilty to charges they were responsible for atrocities against Muslims and Croats during the Bosnian war. Miroslav Kvocka, 41 and Mladen Radic, 45, gave themselves up to NATO-led peacekeepers in Bosnia last Wednesday.
